Our Investment types consist of the following:

Real Estate

We acquire properties in a number of countries with main focus on the United Kingdom, Germany, Portugal, France and Hungary. Our focus is to acquire residential properties on prime locations within capital cities. We invest through dedicated local teams across Europe and focus on value creation opportunities in the residential property markets.

Private Equity

Our team has partnered with entrepreneurs and management teams to provide the strategic resources that build great companies and help them thrive. We act as an active shareholder in any company we invest in, playing a key role in their strategic and operational development, growth and performance. With our experienced, entrepreneurial investment team, we aim to help ambitious entrepreneurs obtain a strong market position in today’s increasingly competitive business environment.

Angel Investment: We invest in technology-enabled companies operating in the technology-related sectors. We seek companies with founders of exceptional profile, aggressively disrupting large and untapped market opportunities. Our investment geographies include the US and EU.

Growth: Within the growth stage of private companies, we look for direct opportunities in the real estate and technology sectors. We work directly with founders and management teams to structure expansion capital financing rounds, often times actively enlisting other value added co-investors to participate alongside our capital.

Public Companies

Our public equity team applies deep-domain expertise and a long term perspective to identify and invest in opportunities globally, investing in publicly-traded and pre-IPO companies. Our stock portfolio predominantly consists of blue chip companies in the tech sector.
